Content Operations for TechComm
Technical communicators are being asked to do more with their content, and respond to more complex business demands. Content production is expected to run like a well-oiled machine. With the adoption of new channels, there is a risk of fragmenting content into an increasing number of silos, making content maintenance a nightmare. How do we climb out of our old process ruts to make our lives easier and deliver content to meet business needs? This workshop provides a set of assessment tools to helps participants assess their own situations and find an operational model that will work for them.
Attendees will learn about the principles of content operations, the benefits of a better operational model, and the key aspects of being able to deliver content to multiple outputs.
